Congratulations on being selected for the 2018 Beaux Arts Festival of Art! This page is intended to give you all the information you will need to get ready for a terrific show.


The layout of the festival has been moved to the beautiful Foote University Green located in the center of the University of Miami campus, so booth numbers have changed and will not be the same as they were last year! If you requested the same booth number as last year, please note that no booth requests were filled as we have a brand new layout.

Also, please find this letter inviting you to donate a piece of your work to our Silent Auction to be held for Beaux Arts members on the Friday evening before the Festival. All proceeds of the Auction will go to the Lowe Art Museum and Beaux Arts’ continuing children’s art education projects. Please drop off your Silent Auction pieces between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Friday, January 12th at the Artist Registration booth.

Finally, please review the policies contained in the Artist Application forms on, especially those relating to our Print Policy. A copy of those policies may be accessed here.

We are delighted to have you as an exhibitor for the 2018 Beaux Arts Festival of Art. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Artist Registration Chair, Ana Bru. At this point in time, there will be no refunds offered for canceled booths.  That deadline passed on November 20, 2017.
